Designed with client experience at its core, this psychology clinic was carefully planned to foster a sense of calm, comfort and discretion from the moment of arrival. The fit-out accommodates a welcoming waiting area in place of a traditional reception, alongside six therapy rooms, two treatment rooms and a kitchenette with staff breakout space.
The brief called for an environment that felt elevated and refined — more akin to a day spa than a clinical setting. Layered neutrals, soft textures and warm materiality work together to create a space that feels grounding and restorative, intentionally avoiding the cold or sterile qualities often associated with healthcare interiors.
A considered combination of flooring transitions, wallpaper, textured wall finishes, curated furniture selections and carefully resolved spatial and lighting design ensures each room feels private, comfortable and cohesive.
The result is a calming, human-centred environment that supports both practitioner wellbeing and client ease.
