Feminine, Mid-Century Modern inspired and unapologetically bold — this workplace was designed to be seen. Located along The Parade in Norwood, the 28th Street Agency office occupies a true “fishbowl” tenancy, where street presence and visual impact were central to the brief.
The vision was to create a workspace that felt confident and expressive — embracing maximalism while maintaining refinement. Feminine without feeling overly delicate, the design balances rich colour, texture and form to create an environment that reflects the agency’s creative identity.
With glass surrounds limiting traditional wall space, soft sheer curtains were introduced to gently define lounge and work zones while maintaining openness and natural light. Along the rear wall, integrated privacy pods provide functional spaces for confidential meetings and focused work.
Interest begins from the ground up, with Interface LVT flooring laid in a double-plank striped format, establishing rhythm and warmth while introducing a timber-inspired foundation for the layered interior palette. The result is a workplace that feels energetic, memorable and distinctly brand-led — a space designed to engage both clients and team from the moment they pass by.
